We provide services for events that are within a 2 hour drive from Vergennes, VT. 
 

Transportation charges per vehicle are added for locations beyond 25 miles. 
 

Please provide parking as close to the venue entrance as possible. 
 

Details on the deposit, payments, due dates etc. are communicated in the contract. We accept Cash, Check or Venmo. We do not, however, accept credit cards. 
 

Caterer needs will be communicated in the contract and should be in place for our arrival. 
 

Staff gratuities are additional and an estimate will be provided. 
 

Final Menus are appreciated no later than 30 days before event date. 
 

If you are hosting an outdoor event, shelter and lighting must be provided as close to the dining area as possible for our staff to work out of. 
 

Almost Home catering supplies all items for a buffet or station presentation. We do not, however, provide china, flatware, glasses, tables or linens. We could, however, assist with ordering compostable plates and plastic flatware and glasses if you so choose.
